I doubt he ran a 4.5....his 3/4 time at the combine was 3.19.......he is 6'5-6'6, guys like that take took long to get out the blocks. The 40 yard dash is about the start hence why usain bolt would probably run a 4.4 at the combine.

the best homework is the eye test, and in games he is clearly the fastest player in the league. combine is a single time measurement, you need a bigger sample size breh. if you're going to use those numbers, then you must also note that lavine killed him in agility.

And also a difference between testing athletic and in game athleticism.
Westbrook is as athletic as anybody I'd put my money on it.
