For the past couple of months I’ve been drinking gatorade, vitamin water, Arizona iced teas.. we talking 1-3 a day.

I still look good because I stay in the gym but I definitely need to just go back to straight water.

Plus you save a lot of money just drinking water!

I would never do energy drinks, pre-workout etc tho. I chugged a monster once, felt like my chest was gon explode!

I worked the 10pm to 6am shift at an giant commercial bakery for a few yrs in my early 20s and it was rough. This was before energy drinks were invented.
I was balling when I went to a 2pm to 10pm slot. An older gent at the bakery that knew my pop from previously working together in a steel mill told me how to maneuver company and unions rules to make the move ahead of others with more seniority than me. Many elders have guided me in my life!

I'm in great shape and after Kevin Samuels passed away I had to cut out the energy drinks. I was drinking two of those a day. Had to stop.
