he did annex some Ukraine territories today , which if Ukraine tries to take back...he can escalate the conflict and say that he is defending Russian territory.I thought Putin went and did something stupid stupid.
I supported Ukraine in Russia's whole special military operation, because it was an unfounded and unjust offensive, and the implications if the US and NATO didn't support them would be increasingly detrimental to the west, not just for Ukraine and former Soviet countries, not just western Europe, but it would set a precedent in Asia as well.
Obviously from the POV of Zelenskiy he wants to raise the stakes. From every other NATO members POV though, it would be an unnecessary escalation in hostilities. If Ukraine was to join NATO, NATO would be obligated to defend Ukrainian territory which would bring the prospects of WW3 much closer.
Not sure about y'all, but I don't want this to happen. Not trynna lose mine and my families life over Ukraine
It was a mistake to expand aggressively eastwards in the first place.
Basically.nukes would be dropped before there was ever war on US soil lol
we might end up living in a M.A.D. nuclear annihilation hell world if we survive tho

However, I don't want this to escalate to WW3 because they join NATO. That WOULD be a clear provocation to Russia unlike all the other bullshyt they've been spewing for the last 8 months.
Exactly think the world is gonna volunteer to risk their troops in a nuclear wasteland.
Nobody is firing nukes. Calm down.

Very interesting how American killers can get in and assassinate African and Latin American leaders and get fake coups popping off to install puppet leaders but can't do it in a white country like Russia.
Very interesting indeed.
