Yup. That’s what moms always used to make with Catfish. Parents are from Mississippi, so I don’t know if it’s just a Mississippi thing or not. Wifey had never of them together before she met me.

My friend owns a seafood company so he sells a lot of different fish. Bronzini is basically a smaller sea bass that has a similar taste to snapper..a light and faint sweet taste. Throw down some citrus on them bad boys and some light veggies... man, shyt. That’s damn good eats.

I’ve had swordfish before... perfect grilled but it cooks fast. I don’t eat it too often though.
