shyt taste way better than Talapia, the only issue is it's going up in price because it's such a regional dish. And don't get me started at all the lil hood spots trying to pass of whiting for cat fish. Def gonna fry me up some in the next few weeks.

Yup. That’s what moms always used to make with Catfish. Parents are from Mississippi, so I don’t know if it’s just a Mississippi thing or not. Wifey had never of them together before she met me.

It probably is cuz my mom is from down there and we never had one without the other growing up.
