Wild caught are all I eat. I can't stomach too many other kinds.

Birmingham, AL.... we used to eat it as kids for Sunday dinner every now and then... fresh caught cleaned and filet'd catfish with spaghetti..... my uncle still make the dish from time to time, but he be getting bullshyt catfish so I just eat the spaghetti....... My maternal grandparents from union springs Alabama, and they were the ones who introduced me to it.....

My granddad used to eat brim, sunfish, bass, shark, perch.....shyt any kind of fish you can catch. But he used to throw back catfish. He viewed them as trash that cleaned up shyt
