Lived in the south my whole life and I’ve never had this combo. Thinking about it with my mouth, pause, sounds delicious

Dude my grandparents from Virginia man we used to have Good ass food at their house fried fish and spaghetti but grandma hooked us up with homemade candied yams and the cornbread with the iron skillet...:wow:

My mom's make salmon croquettes and spaghetti too .. :banderas:

My guess is that it's comparatively cheap and you don't have to worry about bones. I've heard people complain that having to deal with bones is one of the things that turns them off about fish. :manny:

That's why you gotta get the fish from a guy who knows how to filet that bytch!!!:ufdup: no bones clean and smooth!!!

The tastiest fish will have the most bones to struggle with, though. Personally I just let them talk. Those same people will hate crab boils because they"re "too messy".
