Your initial point was that the breh murdered his wife only because he found out she wanted a divorce and nothing to do with an affair. But the DA agrees with what I’m saying that him thinking she was having affair (which to him was why she asked for the divorce) caused him to murder her.

It isn't justifiable but seeing as how this is something humans won't ever stop doing, common sense should tell you don't cheat, it's like someone offering you crack or heroin. You know it'll probably make you feel good, but you'll most likely end up addicted or you might od and die on the spot, indulge at your own risk.

I've meditated over this, for awhile, because it perplexes me. And really I think it comes down to people not ever really understanding evil beyond what they see in the movies. They don't "feel" that they could destroy or life or that someone close to them would, the defensive instincts to stay alive in these people are as poor as rat droppings so they take that risk thinking the worst that could happen is they drop the person they cheat on/with.

I think most people have bad intentions going into relationships honestly.

They are in them to use the other party for the most part.

You NEVER hear people say they want to see the other person be their best selves. It always about what the other person can provide them. Always rooted in a want.

That's why the vast majority of relationships fail or end up with 2 people living in misery.
