Techwood was wild, but Eastlake was a goddamn Jungle. That particular zipcode was the most violent place in America.

Not trying to glorify the shyt though. I'm just glad them shyts were torn down. You should never concentrate that many poor people in one area ever.

nikka vanished after this shyt came out
last thing i heard bout dude is when his daughter got stabbed up in the club
yeah that nikka Alfamega said he served former wrestler Lex Luger and Bobby brown![]()
. Outright telling on what customers you served. You'll never hear Jay-Z tell people the names of the fiends or the other dealers he sold to. Not even Nelly or any of them other rappers. Mega was about that life, but that mouth of his was on some Sammy the Bull type shyt. I have to agree with that one also cuzzo. Eastlake was hard, but the shyt that went on in Techwood was just crazy. Them nikkas was on some whole other shyt. They went to war with everybody, westside nikkas, those Untouchable and Boobie nikkas from Miami, and the police. They ran downtown, Techwood nikkas would be in all the other projects downtown getting money, but you couldn't go in Techwood and get money if you wasn't from there. Herndon, John Hope and Capitol had all nikkas from Techwood in there trapping. And when that Miami Boys shyt was going on they saw what was happening to all the other bricks so they put bounties on them nikkas heads. They couldnt find them nikkas so they was running around killing they baby mamas and they kids. Them nikkas used to shoot at the police, APD would respond to regular ass domestic calls with the SWAT truck. ANd that shyt was right downtown, a few blocks from the world HQ of Coca Cola and right next to GA Tech.
Dont know if you ever heard that story about some dudes putting a baby in a microwave and literally cooking it, but those were some Techwood nikkas who couldnt find who they were looking for so they found his family and did them all dirty. Techwood was the oldest housing project in the country, that shyt was a real hell hole. There will never be another hood in the city like Techwood.

Tip call himself a street nikka and didn't know the grand hustle muscle was a rat![]()
Then he hired the same lawyer Alfa had for his case that he got a nice deal on

Alphamega wasnt like some kingpin or some shyt but plz believe bruh did his thang in the streets. He had more of a name in the streets than most rappers from atlanta before he started rappin and before they started rapping. Aint like he they only street nikka 2 ever tell, really MOST street nikkas tell

-- thus, indictments 1 and 2 at one trial, indictment 3 at another trial, and indictment 4 at a third trial. He did not ask for a severance of counts within an indictment. In the proceedings in the trial court -- during the hearing on his pretrial motion for severance, throughout the guilt stage of the trial and in argument at his post-trial motion for a new trial -- Edison continuously objected to the joinder. He stoutly maintained in his persistent requests for severance that the joinder of the indictments was so prejudicial as to deprive him of a fair and impartial trial. But his entreaties were unavailing.
Sylvester Barry and Tyrone Carr composed another dealer group. Ellis was their touter. He was a user. Edison and Wiggins offered Barry and Carr "like a thousand dollars"
for some of the same "product" which had been supplied to Barry and Carr. Barry and Carr went to their "boss" but he refused to sell or permit to be sold his "product" to the Edison gang.
Barry testified: "that's when the run-in came with us and Joe Edison and Quintin Wiggins and his gang." Barry was afraid of Edison:The history that gang had and he had, Joe Edison, with carrying a gun, yes, I was afraid of him. Ellis made the mistake of telling Sharon Bagley, Carter's girlfriend, that Carter had killed someone called Reggie.
Bagley told Carter what Ellis had said. Carter "just looked like a ghost or something scared him, you know, he just looked pale
. . . and he said if he tell you, then he'll tell the man . . . the homicide people
. . . [the police]." On 16 July 1986, Barry and Carr were approached by Edison, Wiggins and Carter near the Hillside Apartments in Cherry Hill. Ellis was nearby but out of earshot. Edison and Wiggins talked to Barry. Edison's hands were inside his "dip." To Barry "that meant business."
Barry said that he would not do it and started to walk away with Carr and Ellis. However, they walked in the direction of the schoolyard. Wiggins walked close behind so they could not tip off Ellis what was going on. Wiggins was "like walking to a drop-off point where Ellis would be."

who is that in your profile pic?We think that the trial judge's decision to permit a joint trial of the indictments was clearly incorrect. Therefore, it was an abuse of his discretion. The convictions must be reversed.
