shyt, when i broke my ipod and was tired of lugging CD's around last year I was actually rocking with tapes for a week or two. (my car has a CD player/mp3 jack/cassette player). I always wondered how a car made in 2007 could still have a tape player. tapes are the shyt though, they sound a little bit faster than Cd's/mp3, quiet storm the tape version sounds dope as fukk to me. i still have a shoe box of dj clue mixtapes and self made mixtapes. those were work, you def put your heart and soul into making a tape. i would add sound effects in between songs, get clips from movies and insert em in certain spots. nikkas couldn't tell me nothing. is there a way to transfer a tape into your computer to put on your ipod?

Cassete is the second best format..better than CDs..you could loop songs and make your own beats..you could use them to record..

The only thing better than cassettes are vinyl cuz you can use them to scratch and vinyl has the best sound quality..better than digital..

Honestly always liked cassettes over cd players. Mp3 is the goat medium though. The thing I liked about taped over CDs is u didn't have to treat them joints like fine jewelry. Plus nothing like spending hours getting the new songs off the radio and comin to school the next day and putting your nikkas onto some exclusive shyt :win:
