I was a huge Jason stan myself at first. Then the Green Ranger debuted. He was running fades left and right and had that slick armor chest plate and his own fukking zord.

I was like all at once. I had to throw the ol flattop on Jason with the quickness. Dude was looking funny in the light. It was over. It was like Andy ditching Woody for Buzz.

Jason came back strong later on though.

My cousin and I would always split up the hero groups. Like I was Leo and Mikey (He was Raph and Donny). I gave him first pick and he chose Red Ranger. I chose Black Ranger. Since we couldnt pick he girls and Blue was the odd man out, we reserved the right to pick until another ranger appeared. When Tommy showed up, I immediately called Green Ranger. He was HOT! Then when they got new powers and White Rangre came around, he tried to call White Ranger. I said White Ranger is Tommy nikka. Im White Ranger by default. I dont have to call him again. He got hot again.

We are 33-36yrs old now. He hit me up on morning randomly and said "fukk you nikka." I asked him why and he said because I never let him be First Player and because I "stole" Tommy from him.

Grown. Ass. Men.

Lmao the fight to be player 1 was real when we were kids. Especially when you have multiple siblings/cousins. Sometimes you never even got to play the game or by the time they passed the controller to you nobody even wanted to play anymore and they leave you in the room like (Speaking from experience)
