They tie it up or put it in a headwrap. By doing that you can sleep better and also prevent lint from getting into the hair.

2. Anyone who's had long hair will tell you, it gets DIFFICULT doing basic stuff without feeling pain or discomfort.
putting on and taking off shirts, attempting to wear a hoodie for any reason, wearing hats, covering ya hair to shower, even trying to sit properly in your car while driving, all become a huge hassle and you have to actually come up with a plan.
And that's just with regular dreads, not this cartoonish shyt
We not even gonna talk about all the random shyt you can get your hair caught in
doors, hinges, branches, random velcro on things, it's a full time job paying attention so you don't take a huge L in public

Post some good examples. It was this cat I use to watch on youtube named "Dezzi Hotep" years ago in highschool. He had nice dreads but ended up deleting his videos for whatever reason and quit making videos. It's another cat Johnny TheDred on youtube but I know most people would not like his hair. Even the most pro-black intersectional body positive bantu knot shea butter queen natural hair guru wouldn't like it. But to me personally it's dope. I've figured out that women don't love them hairstyles. What they see is a nikka that couldn't possibly have a 9-5 so he gotta be getting some easy fast money somehow and they want to get their hands on it. It's a lot harder to read if a regular looking cat is making money.
