I usually go there for PC troubleshooting and fantasy novel recommendations. I tend to not see much shyt on either of those sub reddits.

I also don't have an active account there and just browse for what I'm directly interested in.

Best advice would be to stick to above spots and never go down any rabbit hole. Keep your sanity/peace of mind that way.
