-added scenes to flesh out abra's family dynamic
-added scenes for the true knot
-added scenes for dan and his father and halloran

and other misc stuff that all together adds about 20 minutes of runtime

Theres only a little black girl and shes stronger than the white guy.

Her father is married to a white woman though

I think the movie was more suspenseful than scary. Same for the first one.

Read the book, haven’t seen the movie yet. But the villains seemed like “jobbers” for lack of a better term.

was more interesting than scary. Hope the movie fixes that.

I recently watched the director's cut too, and while I was expecting the extra 30 minutes to enhance the film, I thought the theatrical cut was much tighter in terms of pacing, and is better than the director's cut imo. Great film, though
