Go back and watch the replay. Did Daniel Jones have a game where he played better than ever, yes but missed mad reads. That pass to Slayton was slightly over thrown. We've gotten used to WRs making these one handed catches. All receivers aren't D Hop, OBJ, etc. Slayton is good but not them. A better pass we win the game.

yeah naw. You bring that pass in, period. Slayton knew damn well he shoulda caught that shyt. You dont have to be D Hop or OBJ to catch that... it was in his hands. Any pro WR should catch that. if you cant make that catch regularly, you belong in the XFL. He messed up.

Jones was a milisecond from getting drilled. As a WR all you could ask is to get a pass where you can catch it, and homie was wide TF open

Slayton was very open, Jones should have floated the ball instead of leading him too far out.

What do you mean?
He’s not true #1 who is going to dominate games.

The whole “get open” thing isn’t that easy. He’s a physical, contested ball catcher . He was cool in Detroit because Stafford don’t care about forcing shyt into tight windows and there wasn’t really an alternative besides Marvin Jones who’s iight

he’s a good wideout but if giants are expecting a true #1 they’re going to be let down .
