On my game I took Vonleh and he grew into an 77 overall EARLY and is averaging 26 and 10 on his career, was a 1 time MVP and took us to the finals 3 times (won 1). Also took Jahlil Okafor who ended up being a 4 time defensive player of the year and double-double machine.

Wiggins ended up being garbage and Parker ended up being Jordan-like talent but never won a ring. Now these guys are retiring soon.

Nah, you can, increase the year by 1, and then offer them like 1-2 million less than what they are asking. Sometimes it will drop even more than your demands.

PS. Some of these contracts are way out of hand, I seen Daren Collison asking for like 11m a year.
