The most I've ever gotten from a guy is a 60$ (total) bday dinner at my favorite Thai restaurant... oh... and some Theraflu cold medicine one time when I was sick...

I wouldn't consider covering the cost of a baby sister as "wanting money." The money goes to the sitter not the woman. It's isn't breaking even if she needs to drop money just for the specific purpose of fukking him. I mean the dude has the right to feel the same way however either way it wouldn't be me footing the bill.

It's not about money being an issue. It's about principle. I have enough money to buy a plane ticket but if someone invites me to their city I expect them to pay for the ticket. I see this as the same.

You paying to go to their city is you paying for what you want which is to go to the city.
