Been taking cold showers for years

its a cheat code if u workout cuz it heals muscles quicker, makes ur skin tighter/more elastic & look younger, builds up ur immune system, helps with exczema/clears up skin. Doesnt leave ur skin dry.Not to mention it mentally toughens you

Helps with the water bill too.

I dont see a reason NOT to do it.

U just gotta be a man about it & handle that cold. Next thing the cold starts to feel warm



Hot showers

Been taking very hot showers my whole life. Get compliments on my skin my whole life. I don't think it's one thing that works for everyone.

Does it dry out my skin? Nah plus I lotion.
