Actual songs? No. shyt like videogame theme song clips, instrumentals and sound effects, yeah. My shyt stay on vibrate though anyway.

Edit: Message alerts though is where I switch shyt up all the time. One day its the Power Rangers Communicator, next day or so its Metal Gear "!" noise. Right now its an abrasive ass sword unsheathing noise. Even if my phone isnt the loudest, my high pitched assed message alerts cut through any other noise. I could be in the shower upstairs and hear my shyt like

Naw. I use a standard ring...but you cant front tho, when ringtones and ringbacks first dropped that sht was fire. When I called my boy back in the day and heard Cassidy's "Im a hustla" instead of ringing, I damn near pissed myself.
