Looking for some ideas and techniques.

Breakfast is easy. I usually skip, if not it's typically something small like oatmeal, yogurt, boil eggs, or chicken sausage. Lunch is a different story.

Tried to make some honey garlic chicken and it didn't come out right. :scust:

Edamame Beans for a quick snack
Low carb Tortilla BBQ chicken pizzas or Chicken and Broccoli in my usual meal plates nowadays
If I do breakfast, it's two fried eggs and some coffee just to get something on my stomach

I eat the same shyt all the time so :manny:

Man that chicken sometimes be nasty in the microwave. Might have to bring a damn air fryer to work.

How do you fix bbq chicken pizzas?

How do you fix bbq chicken pizzas?
Air fry some cut up chicken breast, bake the tortilla till crispy then put some BBQ sauce (light amount), red onions, sometimes red pepper, and some parmesan cheese. Just gets rid of that pizza urge for me.

Cut that shyt in 4 pieces, it's like a personal pan pizza. Low calorie, high protein. I think it's probably under 300 cal for the whole thing.

prep to two things: your taste pallet and your goals.

I meal prep keto because that’s how I like to eat and it’s easy to hit my personal goals.

Once you decide the exact types of food you want to eat and what your goals are, just buy simply compared to those things and change your menu once a week.

Eating everything because I’m forever bulking :mjgrin:

Breakfast some oatmeal/cream of wheat and a muffin with tea/coffee

Snacking on whatever

Lunch I’m eating a burger or sandwich or pizza. Get some fruits in.

Snacking again

Dinner I’m eating chicken, pasta, burgers, pizza or whatever. Get some more snacking in.

i'm big on hitting my protein #'s this year,

ground beef, eggs, and chow mein's been my shyt for the past 6 months :wow:

greek yogurt (25g protein) with granola and a protein shake (30g) twice a day as well
