I just recently put rolling papers and kush and oj back in rotation and its refreshing as hell. I think rolling papers is underrated honestly, "the race" is in my top 5 wiz songs. Dude is out here having fun, mostly drama free, and making music thats easy to chill/vibe to; cant hate on that

This mixtape had cats at high school convinced that Wiz was the coolest nikka on the planet. K&OJ was so swagged out it was unreal...certified classic as far as I'm concerned.

A lot of dope ass music came out of that 2008-2010 era. Fat Raps by Chip the Ripper, Pac Div, Currensy, Kendrick...what a time that was to be a young hip hop fan esp. on the west coast.

Prince of the City 2 will always be his best tape to me. That's the one I felt like he was gonna be big. Him on those early Juliano & Sledgren beats.

Always liked Taylor Alderdice more than Kush & OJ though. Don't know why.
He turned into Atlantic's puppet though so his albums will mostly always be pop tart formula shyt.
