If there's no physical evidence of the crime you can't be found guilty but you basically have to settle to avoid further damage to your reputation.
I'm not taking a side on his guilt or innocence but they basically only having to prove there's smoke not a fire. There's definitely smoke here but I wonder if the accused could actually win these cases if brought to trial. Thing is you can't even risk the bad publicity so you can't fight it. Wiley and Columbus should just pay the cost immediately.

Not sure how long she had been in the states at that point, but at least she reported it to an authoritative figure when it happened so to speak….. there should be documentation from Columbia and the hospital/psych joint

also the story is painting him as a serial rapist with multiple victims at Columbia, if that’s true you’d think there would be more allegations and people trying to get money since me too popped off in 2017.
