you save time using one.. your teeth are so much cleaner. you can clean your teeth in 90 seconds with what would take five minutes with a manual. anybody saying manual toothbrushes are better is just dumb at this point

Had an older cousin get a brain infection from a bad tooth. Oral health is extremely important, especially if you’re a diabetic with bad eating habits. I know you mentioned heart health and the science is strong in that regard. I just brought my cousin’s scenario up to stress how important oral health is in general
