They rarely, if ever, give a spot to guy not in the ASG, if I recall.

Plus Cargo dropped out and Pedro Alvarez got his spot ... I don't think anyone else will drop out.

There is a slight chance he gets in, but Bochy/the players would need to let him in (and somebody would have to withdraw).

I think they did it right, by not selecting him, then giving the fans the opportunity to vote him in. Looks like the "Anti-Puig" movement was on it's job though.

While I think Puig should get in, Ian Desmond not making it is
