*yawns* NFL Pro Bowl Changes Format

I cant believe this is an actual idea. I know things got to evolve but this makes no sense They are going to pick the players,only for the players to not play.This might be so bad that the NFL will either have backups playing or they have to scratch the whole thing. America's most popular sport yet has the worst all star game (Yes baseball all star game is boring but at least it determines home field)

The question is when will the players be chosen tho? Because a lot of the guys don't even end up going anyway...especially if they're superstars and/or on teams with deep playoff runs.

Exactly. The move to the week before the SB was so counterproductive it's not even funny. So you are gonna have this showcase of the games best players but the players from the best two teams aren't gonna be there? As if nikkas needed anymore reason not to wanna go you have basically given nikkas the ultimate reason to look to avoid participation. Either make it an award and cut the game or just put flags on the nikkas already. Some shyt is just not meant for exhibitions.

So that's two sports who have gone to the drafting teams format. We NEED this for the NBA. The leading vote getters in each conference should get to be captains and pick their teams.

Now this would be compelling. The fukkery would be off the charts. I can see it now. Bron in hoop shorts sitting there picking D. Wade's hobbled ass number 1 and picking a team full of his friends, some of which aren't even all-stars, off the top of his head. Kobe on the other side in custom made Italian suit, scouring over scouting reports and only picking nikkas that can fit into the Kobe system. They gotta do this.

I don't give a fukk about the Pro Bowl but kick returners can't be Pro Bowlers anymore? fukk playing in the game, that's a big accolade for a players resume and I'm pretty sure there are Pro Bowl incentives in some contracts.

the whole problem with concept of pro bowl is players playing half assed because no one wants to get injured. but you cant really play football half assed.

just do a skill comp for skill players and a combine-like speed/athletic ability competitions for everybody.
