YBN Cordae - The Lost Boy (Discussion Thread)

I only know the bytchuary joint from Shordie Shordie, not a bad record but it’s very gimmicky imo. King Von is more up to my speed, that Crazy Story joint is crazy.

On Cordae though, he can spit for sure but some of his records leave a lot to be desired. He tries sometimes to dumb it down for like joints that supposed to be his breakout (and he just sounds very average when he dumbs it down) , and the only time any of his banger tracks worked is the “Kung Fu” joint.. Go listen to “Scottie Pippen” by Cordae and tell me that’s a good record

Cordae tries his best to tow the line between appealing to the older and younger crowds. It's kinda funny to see because you know the skill is there, he just doesn't know what to do with it yet. He should def stay away from hooks.

I really wasn’t a fan of dude’s music fr. Thought he was mad average. This shyt legit raw to me though. Got my respect. Definitely fw him.
