Finally.

The Quincy and Pusha appearances :patrice:

I usually don't entertain "plant" talk but idk. Seems weird for an artist without a huge song or album to get that caliber of producer and rapper. He could have great management and or be a great businessman.

It's management. I mean J. Prince got connections and Cordae been bonding all year with many of the legends. If you saw his IG page you see him hooking up with Dr Dre, Puffy, Premo and everyone. He basically spent the entire year building a lot of bridges and connections. So it's props to his management because I feel that paid off along with the respect many of those OGs have of Cordae's hip hop culture knowledge. And it's one of the main reasons I have respect for him too because he studied the greats, learned about the culture and did his research on how and why these emcees were legendary and used that education to create one helluva debut album. Just think about that, many veteran rappers out right now cannot craft an album of this quality. And this is someone with not even a real mixtape or anything prior that dropped this as if he's been prepped for years in the game and just not only a year. Gotta give credit.

My theory is the YBN shyt was orchestrated by the industry so he can have some buzz. He doesn’t even fit in with the other 2 musically. Like my guy in Killa Season said they pick nikkas for this shyt.

I don’t think it’s that deep.

Didn’t the YBN shyt start as their Call of Duty clan name?

Scanned through real quick. He's better than most of the cats in his age group, but I wasn't feeling it. He's not trash, though.
