From getting fukked in the ass over GPU prices via coin miners to getting fukked in the ass over RAM prices via Sam Altman attempting to cock block the rest of the AI competition. :damn:

PC gamers just can't seem to catch a break. :francis:

my favorite shyt is how for over a decade people said price! and all this corny shyt

but bought a handful of consoles and upgrades anyway in the meantime

people will cry about 500-800 extra dollars upfront to be stable for years. you can literally just plug in the next GPU if you even need to upgrade

the point always was: it doesnt matter if you buy a console... you could have saved minimum a month and still paid this shyt off years ago. Upgrading phones but never having a dope computer is wildboy shyt

I love my PS5, but PC gaming is unrivaled if you have the money to dump into it. I pretty much just use my PS5 for exclusives and multiplayer games now. Factor in the constant Steam sales that have more competetive pricing and it's not a contest. Consoles will always reign supreme in convenience, though.

Either the bubble persist and console makers run out of supply and have to mark up prices or the bubble pops, the economy crashes, and people have bigger fish to fry than RAM prices.

It's a lose lose situation.

The narrative that ya'll fukkers can just build a more powerful pro for roughly around the same price. :heh:Context clues + obvious history points...I thought you were posed to be one of the smart ones, lol.:childplease:
I don't see many people saying that. this thread is about someone paying 2x the price of the Pro for their GPU

but you could put together a cheap PC and play Hades 2 :ehh:

It seemed like the thought was spending $700+ on a console that's not upgradable isn't worth it vs putting that money into something you can upgrade further down the line.

That's of course if it's an either or choice. Some people prefer to have access to everything.

it's kinda crazy that the Pro is almost 2x the price of the base PS5. but diminishing returns are par for the course with high end shyt
