I have a hearty diet and work out, I just don't gain weight.

Because you're doing it wrong.

But that's OK.

Continue to believe that everyone is just :duck:

I remember the episode where they renewed their vows and he CRIED. Like, Coco saved my life.

I was like :what:

I think she treats him well. I never got love, more like appreciation. He loves her, but she...

Also, she had on two different outfits in those pictures, which may mean that it happened more than once or happened regularly.

Didn't she claim he said that he knew Ice and that's why she hung out with him?

CoCo thought she found another baller producer and was getting together her back-up plan. Then she finds out this guy was a liar who didn't have shyt and taped her ass for sex because he had nothing to lose.

Dumb whore.

No, I don't think anyone is lying, what works for one person won't work for another. :manny: I don't wanna be thick anyway. Lol.

That's cool I'm not gonna try to force one way on you or another.

The thing is, like all things in life.

You have to find the way that works for you. So the regimen that worked for one person might not necessarily be what you need. IF this was something you wanted, you'd have to keep tweaking it and keeping track until you found something that worked. You'd have to keep a catalogue of your intake per day, an exercise log, take pics, track progress, note if there was no progress, and adjust accordingly.

Some people can just do a simple diet change and boom get results, but I'm just saying if you were TRULY interested in doing it ((and I am by no means saying you have to!)) you could...it's a matter of persistence, organization and specialization for your own body type.

Dismissing it as saying it "doesn't work for every body type" is some bullshyt, because the method does work, you just have to figure out what execution works for you, which is completely different. Barring some type of personal genetic/physical defect, balancing protein with a weight-lifting workout and carb/cardio regulation works for EVERYONE.

Again, I'm not saying you have to, I'm just saying a blanket statement like "it doesn't work for everyone/me" is just BS. It's the same across the board, you'd just have to find out what your formula is...and no judgement sista, I just get irritated when I see blanket generalizations like that about body-building/fitness.

Not reading all of that but I never said that it doesn't work for every body type, I said people have body type for a reason, ie it won't work for every single individual.

Some people bulk up and gain muscle but never get that shape.
