Me? I automatically save $500 a week into a capitalone 360 account, and any extra bread beyond that in my checking account i transfer over after all my bills are paid at end of month. I also max out my yearly 401k limit too. I'm in a two income household (GMB

) and i'm in my early 30s so this might not be realistic for most of yall on here yet. but last yr i saved over 36k in liquid cash just to my 360 account (ie: not including 401k or investments)
I treat saving basically like taxes and child support. i automatically take it from my account and view it as if i never had the money to begin with. if shyt hit the fan i can always access it (that's what it's for) but i try to "forget" about the money i'm saving if that makes sense
