If I know this system has a history of lying about damn near everything that has to do with black people, why would I just accept the story that ALL blacks in the west come from just two tribes?. because Black American Afrocentrism is rooted in fantasy and it causes u guys to create movements and identify with people u see as heroic and triumphant. The Yoruba people of Southwest Nigeria (altho possessing a rich cultural and spiritual history) had millions of their people enslaved and sent to the Americas. Them along with other wst african tribes like the Akan, Wolof, Igbo, Bakongo, to name a few were enslaved in large numbers. Black Americans like to identify with people they see as triumphant and celebrated in the west (ie. Egyptians, Ethiopians, Moors, Olmecs, Hebrews, etc. etc.)

BULLshyt, Iyanla Vanzant is one person who I can name off top who claims yoruba, and she is a well know celebrity. There are a whole lot of black people who are in the black power movements who do the same thing. You are a person who likes to put down blacks so you see what you want to see.
