There's studies that prove a person will more often than not get hired over another candidate of equal experience based solely on the fact that the name on one application is a typically White name and the other is typically Black.
Also the percentage of White people in college who don't meet the qualifications for their school is higher than the percentage of Blacks who don't.
I agree with you breh. However, at the end of the day, the jury has the power to change things. Breh, I'd estimate that 90% of black prospective jurors that I've personally experienced lie to get oh of jury duty. shyts disgusting.

You can say that about anybody though that's the issue, that nobody is not the only person that can obtain that "powerful seat", a hbcu grab can obtain the same position, a arab daughter of a oil tyc00n can obtain the same seat a asian engineer can obtain the same seat

Mostly lost income due to missing work, which I can understand. Fact of the matter is that people who live in inner cities likely actually interact with cops on a daily and know how some could be. But, 9 times out of 10 you get a jurors who think the cops could do no wrong.
