Also,....(Just thinking about it now) There were "weights" in the prison, like ...no weight lifting equipment was aloud... And the stuff that they DID have in the area was so light it wasn't worth using, and it was chained to the exercise area( to prevent being used as weapons)
It's like the prison was afraid of Nyggas getting swole or big...
The prisoners would fill up garbage bags full of water on the low to get Their weight lifting on, 2 bags, a bag each at the end of a broomstick...
when the "good ole boy" COs saw them doing it they'd chew'em out n told them to get rid of it or get written up or put in the hole...
Of COURSE i let them Nyggas get they weight lifting on when I was on shift...what I look like?
