The housing market is currently in a bubble and will eventually burst...boom and bust cycles etc etc. This time foreign interests will probably pour more money than ever before into US markets.

Exactly, the 100k is to entice people, but fukk I'm cool with making slightly less and working from home. The coli may think I'm crazy for not working a 45 / hr job in person( @Chrishaune ), for a remote job that pays a bit less. I'm not sitting in traffic to make a few more $$.
