On one hand, robbing convenience stores is not something a functioning member of society should be doing.
On the other hand, those degenerates that caused the Publix guy to kill himself after scamming and defaming him only got like 4 years.

To be frank it's much easier defending breh's with drug charges than it is violent crimes. Cuz a robbery can turn to a murder charge right quick.
You want to give people a 2nd chance but the court said he's high risk. Don't know what that means or how you earn the title but the judge mentioned ruling out probation. Its like if you get caught selling dope a 2nd time
But if you sticking a gun in a person's face a 2nd time that's a real problem. You can't be as cool with 2nd chances over violent crimes

This is pretty fukkin sad man
BUT
You have to be ready for anything when you end up in front of the judge. Some judges are a little more understanding, then you get judges like this. It’s the risk you take no matter the crime. One of the worst things I ever see is sitting in the courtroom and watching families crying while their teenaged kids are sentenced for some shyt. It’s sad

In GA armed robbery gets you a mandatory 10 for pleading out. If you blow trial, you get life. The sentence is crazy but these crakkkas don’t give a fukk about you. They will hide your ass for decades, I believe it helps them sleep better at night.

Okay and fukk him he went into a store and terrorized people with his gun - which easily could’ve turned in a murder. Anyone that much of a fukking loser to hold up a convenient store and terrorize the customers inside should be doing 25 years. Too many nikkas get a slap on the wrist and they back on the streets with the bullshyt.

He’s going to sit for at least half of that time. The trauma of the working man having guns waved in his face will probably last longer than that.
