Smart move, atleast he has a date and he’s still young, he’ll be home by 40. This case is a mess and he would’ve definitely lost at trial.

I thought he pled to 16 straight. So he gets 10 years with time served and in Florida you only do 85%. Dude will be home in a few years, this was a no brainer. He would’ve been dumb as shyt to not take it.

As for Melly, it’s over without dude having to testify. There is a preponderance of evidence and when he gets found guilty, they’re going to give his little ass the needle. I can tell by how they’re dragging him with damn near a decade in and the judge not budging with the bail, they’re not playing with him. I wonder what really made him crash out like that.

Proving YSL was a gang was important for the RICO charge, but its lower on the snitching spectrum.
