So let's say there's video evidence of you getting in a tinted car with 3 other dudes. 30 minutes later that car shoots up someones house. You didn't shoot though and maybe never intended to be a part of the conspiracy. So the prosecution serves you your football numbers, something like 40 years or life. You don't tell though.
