Yo 80's babies was this the typical day as a kid growing up?

Food tasted better back then..especially Pizza Hut..goddamn them nikkas fell the fukk off..I remember when Burger King had them breakfast mini muffins back in like ‘90-‘93. Goddamn them shyts was delicious and the Whoppers were MUCH bigger then they are now.

The family outing type shyt was typical with the fast food joints. nikkas was barely home..folks working and back then we was moving like grown nikkas at 10-11 years old roaming around the city so when there was time to kick back..either hit up KFC, BK or maybe Ponderosa..my older nikkas know what I’m talking about with Ponderosa.

Living through the change to digital was interesting. Went from hitting the library to do book reports to searching dogpile. Saving pictures on floppy discs and shyt.

Yep. We moved from South Dallas to west Texas and lived in a predominantly white neighborhood. They embraced my sister and I with no problem. My own family had more racial hang ups than those kids parents. Which was understandable, but I didn't listen and good thing I didn't.

And White Castle would be the go to meal if i was ever around them cats.
It was cheap as hell AND delicious!

That would be me and my homies go to spot back in the day..it’s funny because we were young as hell moving like we paid bills, man. Pool our change together eat like kings, get back on our bikes and keep it pushing through the city..and yeah, you had to be careful with WC, nikka done cracked the bottom of the toilet fukking with them more than a few times.

Yeah..especially on Sundays. My grandma got tired of cooking shyt so buffets were big with my folks. Old Country Buffet and Sizzler were go tos..sometimes we’d settle for Shoneys.
