trying to make it like the shyt is on the level of chicken tenders...
i am not believing that shyt at all.

Well. In country terms...Chicken gizzards are the actual guts of a chicken, including the stomach and what not.....

Chicken Livers are just that,,,,the chicken liver....Its soft, and livery, and taste just like any other animal liver.....

Gizzards are chewy or tough and has to be cooked a certain way to make them a delicacy....

I'm pretty sure I'm not completely right, but I believe gizzards include the chicken stomach, some intestines, and something else along the chicken's G.I. tact, if it has one that is,,,,,,,,,

I just remember seeing my Grandma, Granddad, and uncles butchering a fresh dead chicken and showing me the gizzards, and it looked like chopped up chicken stomach parts......



But if you pressure cook them bytches before seasoning and frying them......
