Those things smell absolutely horrible, they are called tonsil stones and they are food particles that get caught in the pockets in your throat, once they solidify and mix with the saliva and enzymes is when they smell horrible. Maybe because Beyoncé is a singer she has bigger pockets in her throat? Causing her chances of developing tonsil stones even greater?
