There's like 4 really dope tracks off here. The others are just kinda ok, nothing any different than stuff he's already made. The Return mixtape is actually a lot better than this.

I'll listen to a Gotti track here and there but I've never heard an entire project from dude that I liked. After listening to that Dolph 10 times, I have no interest in giving this a chance

:ooh:Got at Dolph ass on that 1st track.
This shyt straight. I been listening to this a Dolph back to back and I intitally thought Dolph had it. I'm leaning towards the Gotti now. I hate that Timbo song by the way.

I never listened to Gotti outside of his singles. Never followed him but always liked when I did hear him. This is the first project I've ever heard from him. I must say that this is really impressive. It sounds like he really wanted to tell a story and put out a quality project. Everything is cohesive and he remains true to the theme from start to finish. His flow and bars are A1 every track he brings it. I can tell he wanted this to be his classic or the album that solidified him as one of the best in the game. When I was listening I could hear the effort he put in. If someone never has heard Gotti before this is a great intro. This is a project that gives him a lot to work with. He's got a hit single with Down In The DM and plenty of other tracks with viral/theme music potential as well as album cuts that display his authenticity and talent. If I had to guess, I think he wanted to make his own reasonable doubt and was very inspired by that album and made sure that he pieced it together to have that classic appeal but from his perspective.

I give it 5 stars because I was able to play it front to back and enjoy every single track.

Haven't given any Gotti any burn in years (maybe since 2009). He just doesn't have it as a rapper. Always rapping about the same shyt gets boring after a while when there's no charisma

There was really no point of the Down in the Dm remix. I like everything but that, Law (tf he want E40 for?), Come Up, Imagine Dat and Luv Deez Hoes. Removing songs like that makes a big difference. Aint nothing wrong a 11-12 track album, Gunplay did it well.

It's a 3.5/5

Some of my all time favorite joints of Gotti's are Standing In The Kitchen, Somebody Watching Me, Drug Money, Pharmacy... didn't really hear anything like that.
