yo i need some help...i broke my sennheisers

the gold connector part that plugs in broke in half...i know they have a 2 yr warranty but i dnt have a receipt because i got it from a school i was going to at the time

do yall think there is some way that piece could be fixed? those shyts are my lifeline

Find the serial number, call the customer service and ask the about your warranty or if its fixable..

I could repair it for you if you lived close my brothers beats broke and I fixed them. Most places won't fix headphones cause they would have to charge you too much to fix a relatively cheap item.

To fix them you would have to find another gold connector piece?(don't know exactly what your talking about) and solder the wires back to it. Headphone wires are color coded so it shouldn't be too difficult.

did u have a receipt? i was looking for a order paper with the headphones on it but they talkin bout u need a receipt thats from one of their authorized dealers or some shyt...like i said i got mines thru school

Actually i did have a receipt, kept it for 1.5 years if you can believe that. Wouldn't hurt to find out some options if you don't have the receipt
