Skip told us long time ago. SAS and Skip get there and have to pick sides on each topic before the show. It's why they end up disagreeing 90% of the time even when they don't believe it personally.

THE NBA is the hand that feeds ESPN.

To call out the bytchassness of KD playing on the Warriors or Boogie teaming up with a super team means to get fans to realize this is not a good product. This is not why we watch sports. It would make fans tune out, which would hurt ratings which would lose money from both sides.


This is why they gased up and over hyped the rockets, this is why they gased up and over hype Lebron. To give off an illusion that there is parity in the league.

I'm done watching seasons in which the conclusion is forgone before the season even starts.

You can't go on national tv, especially on first take which the casuals watch and say the nba is ruined and next season is pointless when your employer paid billions to broadcast that product
