Y’all should thank Snowden :manny:
I mean. The only people who didn’t know what was going on were the same extremely uninformed people who wouldn’t change their habits anyways.

I was talking about project Echelon on random forums back in 2001

It was expected that newer more sophisticated programs would be running as tech advanced.

Snowden didn’t really change much. Just helped other nations push harder to protect their data. The Average American still moving exactly the same.

Human beings are like cattle. If you abuse them slowly they get used to it.

I remember when you could travel through the airport without having to deal with TSA. There's a generation of adults now who doesn't have that experience and think it's normal to be treated like shyt.

A strange truth, isn't it? Everything from religion to money is a made up concept (in which people mistake the symbols for what they rep) that flesh and blood men hide behind to profit from the rest whilst telling them to pay no heed to the man behind the curtain. Crazier still is if you mention this to the cattle they'll protest and point to their bank balance/sky daddies sayings as "proof" you're wrong. Strange investments.

That is really wild when you think about it but it also shows you how you cook live frogs...

They don't have to partner with them, they already have access. Microsoft views the US intelligence agencies as an APT (advanced persistent threats).

I don't have any evidence, but I'm almost certain all modern encryption algorithms have been broken by the intelligence community. I was trying to find the article but it came out a while back that a popular encryption program was funded by the NSA/CIA, had an back door in it, and was being recommended as a secure encryption standard by the NIST because

By partner I meant access. Great breakout though.

Quantum computers are going to make encryption useless anyway. Futures going to be a very strange place.

Remember when Snowden said there’s no way Russia attacks Ukraine and then went radio silent for weeks after the invasion.
