It's clear they hardcore cut the budgets of Crackdown and State of Decay.
They have to downgrade the games so they can get 4K 60fps so all the games got weaker graphics so they can have higher resolutions

I'm almost certain State of Decay was not hitting 60fps. Looked jittery to me. Several games did
They all looked choppy to me but I know M$ is the king of smoke and mirrors so they will find a way to trick the sheets and make it say 60fps even when it's choppy and glitchy looking lol
