since you are british can i ask you a question about a certain british law?

i heard that you have to pay a £5000 fine if you get caught driving without insurance. what about if you dont have the £5000 obviously becasue you couldnt afford the ridiculous insurance prices for teenage boys

will i be looking at prison time? or will they just take my moms car off me. i failed my driving test too if that matters. i got 9 minors which I technically could have passed with. but the examinor was in a foul mood and just failed me

making me pay £62 for another test and shyt
