The key to a good resume is showing that your helped the company in some way.
Don't say: "worked in a warehouse." Say something like "improved efficiency in warehouse"

The CV will go through a computer program, then looked at by an HR person, who will first verify claims with linkedin or fb, then they sift through the applicants that are left.

He'll just be thrown away if they can't verify his claims easily, with a quick websearch
