op was talking about getting swoleThats not my point. If you're putting the body under any heavy resistance + progressive overload you'll eventually get stronger. Not even talking about muscle mass. You can be strong and look like a twig, you can be built and and be far weaker than one looks. You can be both. Ultimately strength, bone structure, metabolism all comes down to genetics
Im saying it can't be fake if putting the work in over a period of time makes you/ your body stronger. It aint JUST your CNS, they both can or do play a role.![]()
