:snoop: Thats not my point. If you're putting the body under any heavy resistance + progressive overload you'll eventually get stronger. Not even talking about muscle mass. You can be strong and look like a twig, you can be built and and be far weaker than one looks. You can be both. Ultimately strength, bone structure, metabolism all comes down to genetics :ehh:

Im saying it can't be fake if putting the work in over a period of time makes you/ your body stronger. It aint JUST your CNS, they both can or do play a role.:gucci:

you can get swole without being od strong

& you can get of strong without being swole
