Rio is delusional. He shows up on the big stage, though. He's nowhere near a top 10 PG. He's Jekyll and Hyde on most nights, never really know what you're gonna get. His on the ball defense is terrible too, a big part of why Norris Cole usually gets most of the PG minutes in the 4th quarter.
