I work on the management side of the construction industry, I don't think it's possible. I know this 1 lady in the office works 4 days a weeks, she got every Monday off

Search hard for jobs that let you work alternative work schedules or flexible schedules. Or even remote/telework jobs.

Yea whoever came up with the 5 day work week and 2'day weekend was playing games. I think ppl would be much more effective with a 4 day work week and 3 day weekend.

Then we would complain and want 3 day work weeks. It’s how human nature works.

The biggest problem is that our work isn’t immediately tied to our survival (I.e. growing your own food) so most of us don’t find value in it.

from 8pm to 11 or 12 is a good 3-4 hours you could be putting into learning or a hustle.

thats a solid 15-20 hours during the week

60-80hours a month you have to build up something......

No 'we' wouldn't. That's like working 6 days a week, 1 off and saying 5/2 is being greedy.

I understand we have to work to contribute and pay bills, I just think 4 10s should be offered more. If I'm still working 40 hours you can't say I'm complain and want 3 day work weeks.

True but some folks still have antiquated thinking and will think a male in nursing is either gay, feminine or wanna do a job outside ur role. I personally wouldn't care plus there are benefits to working with a lot of women...

Look into generating a second source of income too.
